Good morning, I would like to make homemade balm, but in all the recipes I find essential oils that are not recommended for people with asthma... Do you have any substitute oils to recommend to me in case of asthma? Thanks in advance

Respiratory balm I just made this balm Mix the shea butter well Good texture and good smell, same for the essential oils. However in the quantities it is indicated 3CAS I spend 3/4 of the jar of shea butter (100ml). The 30ml jar too small take a 50ml, because when you mix the 3 CAS in the 50ml bowl (stainless steel) there is still a good part left. To test

Usage Hello Marisa V. I would say yes without hesitation. I have been using essential oils on my daughter since she was 6 months old (she just turned 3 years old). Sparingly of course and checking that the essential oil is compatible. You should use the equivalent of a small amount, no more.
