Magnesium oil This is an oil that relaxes, however if the skin itches it is quite normal, it is not necessarily linked to a lack of magnesium, but simply to salt. Salt on the skin itches, naturally, you can apply this oil for many months and it will still itch.

Magnesium oil very simple and ultra effective, both on cramps and for skin healing. My skin asks for it and asks for more. The only downside: sometimes there is an excess on the skin that is not absorbed, but nothing annoying
