Organic castor oil: Renowned for its many benefits for hair, castor oil is particularly known for its fortifying properties. It stimulates growth and strengthens the hair fibre. It is perfect for treating dry, devitalised, split, brittle or frizzy hair, which it regenerates and deeply rehydrates.
Organic jojoba oil: A true beauty oil, jojoba oil enhances the hair, leaving it supple and shiny. It restores vitality to dry and brittle hair and rebalances oily hair by normalising sebum production. The hair fibre is smoothed, nourished, and protected.
Organic shea butter: Extremely rich in unsaponifiables and vitamins, this butter protects, softens, and rebuilds the skin and hair. It is the highest quality version of shea butter.
Organic inulin cosmetic active ingredient: this fructose polysaccharide derived from agave or Jerusalem artichoke, 100% plant-based and organic, is an excellent moisturising and softening agent for the skin and hair. Inulin is particularly popular in hair care products as a conditioner.
Plant-based conditioner: This plant-based hair conditioner makes detangling easier, prevents split ends, and strengthens hair. Vegetable glycerin: Vegetable glycerin is a very beneficial moisturising active ingredient for hair. It softens the formula and leaves hair feeling very soft. We use high-quality, very pure glycerin that is guaranteed to be non-GMO and plant-based.
Sodium cetearyl: a non-aggressive sulfate of plant origin. Sodium cetearyl sulfate is a plant-based surfactant approved by Ecocert for organic cosmetics (the hair mask base is also certified organic). Sodium cetearyl sulfate is a different compound from sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, and ammonium lauryl sulfate, which are criticised and discouraged for their strong detergent effect and sometimes irritating properties. The "cetearyl" chain is longer than the "lauryl" chain, making sodium cetearyl sulfate much gentler; it will therefore not strip the hair.
