CO₂ ambrette extract is fully soluble in 90° alcohol and in fats (vegetable oils and butters).

However, it is insoluble in water.

• Handling

This CO₂ extract is liquid. To make handling and dosing easier, we recommend using the pipette provided with the bottle.

Clean your equipment with alcohol.

• Cosmetic use

To make your perfumes, simply add the required number of drops of CO₂ ambrette extract directly to your fragrance preparation.

• A natural compound present in this CO₂ extract may pose an allergy risk for sensitive individuals when used in a cosmetic formulation (according to the 7th Amendment of the European Cosmetics Directive (2003/15/EC)): farnesol. As a general rule, always perform a patch test of your preparation in the crease of your elbow at least 48 hours before use.
