The Intestinal Comfort Probiotics food supplement is a formula specially developed to help improve digestive and intestinal disorders:
Contains the clinically proven patented ingredient SynbÆctive® Smilingut, made up of the probiotic strains Bifidobacterium lactis BL050, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRH020, Lactobacillus plantarum PBS067

For this Intestinal Comfort Probiotics food supplement, we have combined 2 blends of patented probiotic strains with clinically proven efficacy: SynbÆctive® Smilingut
Consisting of a blend of 3 probiotic strains, Bifidobacterium lactis BL050, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LRH020 and Lactobacillus plantarum PBS067, this top-of-the-range active ingredient has benefited from many years of research.
It has been the subject of a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial (the gold standard in clinical trials) on a total of 100 people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome.
This study showed an improvement in symptoms such as abdominal cramps and pain, constipation, bloating and flatulence in over 80% of subjects as early as 30 days after the start of the study.
These beneficial effects persisted even after the probiotics were stopped.
The strains demonstrated inhibitory activity against intestinal flora pathogens such as E. coli, E. feacalis and S. aureus, strains that cause intestinal discomfort.
The SynbÆctive® Smilingut strains act in synergy, with a beneficial activity demonstrated to be greater for the mixture than for each of the 3 strains alone.

What is the intestinal microbiota?
The intestinal microbiota is the collection of microorganisms that live throughout our digestive system. It is made up of around 10,000 billion bacteria, and every adult is home to between 800 and 1,000 different species of bacteria, the majority of which are beneficial to our health. Each individual has a unique microbiota, the composition of which is influenced by lifestyle and diet.
The intestinal microbiota plays a crucial role in digestion, the synthesis of certain vitamins and protection against pathogens. More and more scientific studies are highlighting the importance of our microbiota in maintaining our health.
In particular, it influences our immune system and can also have an impact on our mental health and metabolism.
A rich, varied and balanced microbiota is now recognised as essential for overall health, and imbalances can be associated with various disorders, such as digestive disease, obesity and even mood disorders.
Certain factors, such as an unbalanced diet, stress or taking antibiotics for example, can lead to an alteration in the intestinal microbiota. This dysbiosis, i.e. imbalance in the intestinal flora, can modify intestinal absorption and lead to the development of inflammatory or auto-immune responses in various organs.

Frequently Asked Questions
The beneficial effects of the strains were observed after taking them daily for 28 days. We therefore recommend a cure of at least 1 month, which corresponds to one jar. The course of treatment can be extended to 2 months if necessary.
This food supplement can be taken continuously for two months. We then recommend a one-month break between courses, during which the beneficial effects of the probiotics remain visible. The course of treatment can then be repeated if necessary.
If possible, we recommend that you take the probiotics at least 30 minutes before a meal to optimise their survival and therefore their effectiveness. Ideally, you should take them in the morning on an empty stomach, for example when you get up, just before breakfast. However, as we have chosen gastro-resistant capsules for this food supplement, the strains are protected and this recommendation is less necessary.
This food supplement is for adults only.
There are no contraindications to taking the Intestinal Comfort Probiotics food supplement at the same time as other Aroma-Zone food supplements (except Natural Activated Charcoal, which should be taken at least 2-3 hours apart as it may absorb the active ingredients of the other products).
In particular, it may be interesting to combine it with:
Chaga Extract - 60 Capsules, which has beneficial and soothing effects on certain intestinal disorders.
Organic Blond Psyllium - 300g, which contains fibre and mucilage to promote digestive comfort and help regulate intestinal transit, whether too slow or too fast. Consult the precautions for use for each of these products before consuming them.
