Focus on sesquiterpene lactones:
The reputation of the Arnica montana plant is largely due to its high content of sesquiterpene lactones, particularly helenalin and dehydrohelenalin. It should be noted that these two molecules are considered toxic if ingested and, as such, Arnica CO2 extract should not be ingested. These two constituents are also responsible for Arnica's anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
More specifically, helenalin is thought to be a powerful inhibitor of a nuclear transcription factor, which plays a crucial role in the inflammatory process. It therefore helps to both limit the process and reduce its duration. This is why arnica has long been widely used to treat bruises, contusions, and edema associated with fractures.

Bottle too small
Excellent active ingredient
Very good, although the price is a bit high.
The consistency is difficult to dispense from the bottle. That's a shame!
With wintergreen and helichrysum in aloe vera gel... a must for anyone who does sports... The only problem is that it's a rather viscous extract and the dropper tip is frustrating... you'd have to find something better or use nothing at all (you use it drop by drop...).
